        Receptionist was so rude. I dont go to the Doctors very often, wasnt really aware that check in for appointments could be done by myself but anyway. I stood waiting and two of the staff completely ignored me, chatted amongst themselves and was eventually asked literally.. what do you want I said I had an appointment at 11am. With who? A nurse Im not too sure of the name. Whats your name? and told to be seated. People give teenagers a bad name for manners, well the receptionists could do with some! I dont live at the doctors, I dont really know my way around it.. manners go a long way!!

        Joanne was super helpful today and managed to book me an appointment with the duty doctor so I was seen within ten minutes What an amazing surgery Thank you S
