one of the staff was rude, didnt catch her name, short, brown haired, fairly young, we were looking for food to buy (as its a shop) according to her we were in the shop for a long time, watching us in the cameras and are you actually going to buy anything? in a rude manor. i work with customers every single day and couldnt imagine talking to one of them like that
