Absolutely appalling and extortionate customer service from this company. We were 'handed over" to ADT from our installation (only) company with no agreement by ourselves as we had no maintenance contract with either company. It took six months to sort this out. We were invoiced for a service visit we had neither requested nor received and then aggressively chased for payment. Despite numerous phone calls and emails from us, ADT departments failed to talk to each other and we were asked for our detaild on three different occasions. Eventually after threatening them with the Ombudsman they cancelled the invoice and the contract we never signed. To add insult to injury we were then advised that if we wanted to use our system we would have to pay for a service visit to reprogramme our system chargeable at 246.00. Unbelievable!
