    My personal experience as a tenant was negative enough to post this review as a warning. Despite the high initial fees, they made an inaccurate inventory that raised enough red flags that we also took loads of supporting pictures with our inventory corrections - good thing too as when it came time to leave they tried charging for all sorts of things that hadnt ever been touched. I had to apply for mediation from the TDS to get our deposit rightfully returned to us, which took months. *Edited to TDS instead of DPS (my mistake). *Following the owners response: yes, this was late 2019 but after reviewing the evidence submitted by M&B to the dispute, I can confirm that photos were used from an earlier date than our actual tenancy condition, in addition to other elements that I believe were untrue. TDS confirmed by phone that they do not reprimand or sue for this kind of thing, as their only responsibility is making their judgement within the confines of the dispute at hand. With regards to if this review addresses the correct office, I am certain. *Review trimmed down to be less accusatory.
