Ben Dillon of DB Works was recommended to me by another local trader as being a helpful and reliable resource for maintenance works in my home and, goodness me, Ben is certainly that! On Bens first visit, to give me a quotation for several jobs, he recognised that one of my required tasks (a loose banister rail) represented a safety hazard to me and so he fixed it there and then, for which I was extremely grateful. Ben then came back to do the other tasks, which were to fix two grab-handles on the walls around my bath and to put up a curtain rail in my kitchen. Ben has the rare quality of listening, not just hearing. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and understood that it is important to me how things look. Ben took great care to align the grab-handles with the tile sizes in my bathroom to achieve an elegant result. In the kitchen, his patience in adjusting the height and width of the curtain rail was so appreciated. He even hung the curtain on the hooks so save me going up a ladder and said Come on, lets get his curtain gathering sorted together while Im still here, you know itll drive you crazy if you think it needs adjusting again after Ive left. When Ben left, my home was elegant and safer - just what I wanted. Ben is polite, thoughtful, tidy, and punctual. The quality of his work is exemplary and great value. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and BD Works.

We have used Ben at BD Works on numerous occasions, very professional from start to finish, great standard of work, clean and tidy, prompt and very well priced for all requirements regarding property maintenance from little jobs through to larger jobs.
