Nuffield Health really excelled during my admission for a day patient procedure in January 2023. From the initial welcome to discharge the staff and doctor alike were committed to my well being and made my stay very relaxing. Checked in first by phone then entered via the main reception, was immediately escorted to my suite upstairs. The nursing staff were excellent, friendly and professional. The suite was super clean, well appointed with ensuite shower and wc, tv and dressing gown. The theatre was adjacent to my suite so all was so convenient. Following the procedure and recovery I was offered food and drink before a friendly goodbye, car parking was free and plentiful on site, if you arrive by bus, the buses run to and from the city centre every 10 mins from the bus stop across the road with Stagecoach route 1.

Being hung up on being a new client has definitely showed me this isnt the doctors for me. Very unprofessional and was definitely not expected

Today I took a few of my work colleagues to have blood tests done I found the the whole process very smooth and afficient lovely staff and a cup of coffee to Finnish it off 10 out of10
