Crownhill Post Office and select Convenience

I have just left the post office after an utterly awful time. The lady serving today at approximately 0940 is one of the rudest I have come across. The normal lady who is slightly older is wonderful. I wanted to post a parcel and questioned the compensation. The lady serving got quite rude and agitated and refused to serve me. When I asked for the manager he overrode her and told her to serve me. The lady in question was not happy with this and when I had paid said to me don't come in here again as I won't serve you.I explained to her that I am the customer. Appalling lack of manners and customer service. If the lady in question is reading this I am just about to make an official complaint to Royal mail.

Just came back from the this post office and the ladies in there are AMAZING! my little one was screaming the house down whilst I was trying to post a few parcels I felt bad and said I will come back another time and they time me to stay and don't worry about the crying they helped me out and was just amazing I go there alot and never EVER had anything wrong so thankyou ladies you made me feel calm x

Both members of staff working 14/11/22 at around 9am (lady on the post office counter and shopkeeper) were extremely rude, miserable and aggressive to the point I have put a complaint in directly with Post Office!
