Popped in today and what a lovely pleasant helpful man assisted and served me. Also prescriptions are always ready promptly and on time. Would definitely recommend going here, such a pleasant experience compared to some I have used.

I deal with my elderly mums medication but live 200 miles away and after having immense difficulties with three previous pharmacies, I can highly recommend Speedwell. Everything has gone smoother than Ive experienced over the last two years and has been so much easier for us all. Thank you

Normally good service but today the male Pharmacist was an absolute disgrace, showing a complete lack of care towards a war veteran with mental health asking for some simple help with his medication. A total disregard for his welfare causing him to leave with only half the prescription in a state of desperation. Show some empathy maybe, in your role as a health professional. Thanks for your reply and excuses. The pharmacist made no effort nor was interested in supporting the situation. So, the guy saying please dont speak to me any further in order to avoid genuine hostile behaviour, is actually being classed as being hostile? How about the rude and antagonising behaviour given to provoke the situation by the health professional?? Huffing and puffing, ripping the bag in half to show the tablets, speaking with zero respect or regard for the gentleman. Playing the easy hostile card to simply detract from such a poor display of character, is such a predictable response. Cleary more focused and concerned in maintaining reputation and passing blame, rather then dealing with the actual issue. Well done. Another awful show of support to a Veteran asking for help. No one should be treated or made to feel that way!! Avoid at all costs!!

All the staff are caring, kind and always ready to help me to solve any problems I might have from time to time. They have also arranged for my prescriptions to be delivered as I'm 84 years old and have Heart Disease and a Pacemaker fitted and Stage3 (severe) COPD which makes it difficult for me to get out and about often. I call that Excellent Customer Service, certainly the Best Pharmacy in PL6!
