I certainly didn't have the same experience as other people who have left reviews. I had excellent help from Anna who sorted out a problem for me in a few days that I had been trying to sort out myself for 3 weeks. She was very pleasant and understanding. Went to A&E on 3-12-2022 at 2pm. The service we received from all the staff was exceptional throughout. The whole process only took 1 hour. Our thanks to all concerned.

Shocking waiting for phone call from months ago and still no further forward the problems I've had to deal with is still going on it's a shambles that hospital needs to retrain their staff and stop bullying patients in the cardiology wards like me who keeps getting cancelled and bullied for another month then another month then another month been over four months of shear heel trying to fight my case got referred back to my doctor now I got a referral should have had my appointment today but no it got cancelled until end of September now
