Butterfly Lodge

I had the pleasure of being asked to run a first aid course at this home and was immediately struck by the pleasant environment as I entered. There was a sense of calm and tranquility and throughout the day I witnessed many interactions between the staff and those they support, all of which were wonderful. I got the feeling that the people who live there are treated with such care, dignity and respect. It was wonderful to have several residents totter in the room, oblivious to the training going on, and just sit and watch for a while or continue about their business. The staff made them feel welcome and I could see their relationships were based on equality and inclusion. It was joy to spend time at this care home.

The care my mum got when she was unwell was outstanding. The staff were lovely,hardworking, nothing was too much trouble,the care my mum gets is outstanding. Just want to thank everyone for all they do.

The Staff at Butterfly Lodge took great care of mum during her last years. Very kind, sympathetic and hardworking staff. I would like to thank all at Butterfly Lodge for how well my mum was looked after.
