I have had no problems at all with busy bees nursery. All the staff are lovely and friendly, I get updates on the app with regards to what my daughter is doing through the day with lovely pictures. My daughter loves all the staff members she talks about them all the time outside of nursery. She is very clever and has learnt so much. Her speech is great for her age and shes always singing songs. The staff are amazing thank you all

Busy bees had been amazing since my son started attending last year. The quality of care is second to none and the communication on his day to day activities and pictures are an added bonus. The leadership is great and very welcoming and proactive. My son is very happy here

I wouldn't trust this place to look after a pot plant. They tried to give me the wrong child on handover, then couldn't really see the problem with this. At multiple times I could have taken my child from their outside space without them noticing, and multiple other times I arrived to find my child in tears, with no-one paying attention or comforting. They were unable to put the right wellies on the kids (often found wearing sizes far too big, when challenged about this they said it's tough to get the kids ready at the same time.). Let's also not forget the time they lost 2 kids... My daughter adores her new nursery. Which makes me so sad for the experience she had at busy bees.
