      • Tip o' the morning

        I've been doing 1:1 sessions at KMT for the last few months and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. When I'm having a tough time in work I'm counting down the days to the next sesh. Kristina has been great and spotted my one shoulder is weak straight away, so she always makes sure I don't over work the joint. The other people that go have been sound too and given me pointers as well. Before I started Thai I hadn't done exercise in a good few years, but since going its made me want to do exercise in between to get better at it. If you're thinking of trying it then give it a go but the more you can put in to it, then the more you'll get out of it. Oh and leave the ego at the door, the only person you're up against is yourself.

        The coaching at KMT is second to none. Kristina has been amazing with my son and has helped build his confidence massively. There is no pressure to compete unless you wish to. If you are just looking to gain some experience, improve your fitness, or join a family friendly gym, then this is the place for you. My son loves to compete, and Kristina has coached him on his Muay Thai journey every step of the way.
