Very bad experience with Millbrook.the person on the phone was very rude and unprofessional.needs to go on a customer care course and learn how to talk to people.

Tried to arrange collection & the driver failed to pick up on 2 occasions. We will have to arrange for the items to be picked up by house clearance. What an appalling way to run a business. Taxpayers are paying for this.

Not interested in getting equipment returned to them. 39 minute wait to be told call Exeter as we don't have a Plymouth GP, then told they won't bother to collect 4 small items. Absolute waste of public money

Waiting on millbrook to put raised toilet seat and stairs rail and phoned at lunchtime waited in queue for 17 minutes after phoning a few times before and being on hold for ages and when I got to speak to a female she said yes your down for a visit today could be up to 7pm and no show from millbrook will be phoning adult services Monday and make a complaint about them absolutely awful service I will buy toilet seat myself rather than sat waiting around for a company that don't turn up for people with disabilities.
