Unique Mobility Plymouth

My wife is disabled, and uses a wheelchair,which is old. The feet and leg supports were badly damaged when I ran over them in my car,so we went to unique mobility to see if they could help,but not expecting anything,because of the wheelchairs age. I spoke to Rachel who was very helpful,she called Steve Foster, who when the problem was explained to him, went, and returned with an armful of foot supports from his oddments box, and after a lot of adjustments and work with a spanner, fitted two new supports. He then tightened the brakes, and fitted two new handle bar grips. I felt that we had a new wheelchair. I can't get over how good the care was, and have nothing but praise for Rachel and steve; and all at unique mobility.

Took my mother-in-law there to get a wheel chair and electric lift arn chair . Lots of equipment on display , and very helpful staff

The staff were very helpful when I came with my son to look for mobility walkers. I bought two, one four wheeled and a three wheeler. I two circular walks with each of them in a very small area. I took them home and found that I could not safey use the three wheeler because of my mobility issues. I rang and asked if I could return this one. I was told that I could not as I had tried it out in the store. I now have a brand new walker I cannot use. I am very disappointed at the after sales customer service and lack of concern, hence only 3 stars.

Excellent maintenance service carried out on the scooter. It looks like new! Collection, return and friendly, efficient communication all very satisfactory. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs them. Many thanks for a job so well done.
