Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Rob & Kirry for going above and beyond saving my Dj laptop after it took a drink of carling! it literally had my life of music files & programs on it, but Rob managed to sort out it's repairs & cleaned it inside and out. and had it back up and running in less than a week can't thank you both enough guys! What a fantastic company! They donate their time to recycle laptops and other devices to charities and other worthwhile causes. They also donate 10% of their sales to charity. I personally went to the warehouse to buy a laptop and spoke to Rob the owner. The service was amazing and he was able to recommend a laptop to suit my requirements. Throughly recommended!

I have recently taken delivery of a dell laptop for a new business i am taking over. I was recommended to electrotek solutions by a friend. I can say i was blown away with the level of customer care i recieved, the hand over was great and they were more then happy to run me through a few things as im not the most tech person in the world.

I have purchased 2 brand new custom built gaming PC's from Electrotek Solutions along with a refurbished laptop. I couldn't be happier with the service and workmanship that i have experienced. Nothing was too much trouble and their knowledge is second to none. They have also been on hand to answer any questions i may have. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anybody looking for anything related to PC's for personal or business use.

I needed to buy a new laptop but didn't want to spend a lot on it. I've spoken to Rob and Kirry previously about other things so thought I'd ask again. They asked for a budget and what the laptop would be being used for. They then showed me what they thought would be best suited and explained that I could increase the ROM and RAM if I wanted too. We agreed a price on a nearly new (and I'm only saying nearly new as it's second hand) DELL laptop with a decent processor, 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD. This machine was as new as you can get, with a box and a brand new charger. Nothing was too much trouble and they even gave me a free laptop bag! Pricing was very, very good. The service was very, very good. Plymouths unsung Tech Heroes and best kept secret. Highly recommended for personal use or business use.
