        My wife and daughters have been with evolution from the start and it's brilliant, not only have they learnt how to defend themselves, they have have been taught discipline and self confidence. This academy is run by amazing people who go out of their way to help everyone connected with their academy. If your looking for somewhere to learn martial arts this would be the place I recommend, I can't thank them enough for what they've done for me and my family.

        I've been training at Evolution for a few months now and it's been fantastic. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. They have great instructors to support you, who all hold fantastic knowledge. The sessions are paced to accomodate varying abilities, so if your thinking about starting a martial art this is the place to go.
