Drayton TRV4 radiator valves not fit for purpose. We have been replacing on our radiators these expensive valve heads for a while. The TRVs brake across the bottom of the threaded head causing the thermostat liquid to leak out from the unit. We contacted Drayton to be told, amongst other excuses, that the minerals in the central heating system are causing a leak on the gland forcing the head of the TRV to break. Basically they said that it is the customers problem. Surely the TRV should be designed to withstand the minerals in the heating system. Our complaint was immediately dismissed and they will continue to provide this totally unsatisfactory product and expect the customer to keep paying for it. Disgrace!

Thermostat stopped working literally just out of guarantee, company said "software error".

having bought a replacement Drayton wall stat, we were unable to get it working. I phoned technical support @ drayton and a chap called Steve talked us through how to set it up, this took about 15 minutes on the phone, he was patient and explained things briliantly, despite being non-technical pensioners, he helped us to get the new stat up and running! Gold star for Steve, can't speak highly enough of his help, he is a credit to Drayton

A company that shows perfect customer service and care. I emailed this morning a question about my +3rf unit. A few hours later one of their team is on the phone to take me through how to solve the issue. 10 minutes and it's done. Fantastic job!!!! Cheers, Mike
