        Have tried several exercise venues over the years and this one is by far the best. The instructors are great and there's plenty of classes to choose from but most of all it is the most friendly and inclusive place I have been to. There are all sorts of people of different ages, shapes, sizes and abilities and everyone is made to feel welcome with no judgements at all. No matter what your fitness level or ability everyone is supportive and encouraging of each other which is great.

        I can't recommend going to classes at Urban Studios enough. I was wary when initially joining as I was a bit fearful of gym classes and worried it would be too intense and not very friendly. Couldn't be further from the case with Urban Studios. Faye has set up an incredible, friendly, and fun community that I'm so pleased to be a part of. All of the instructors are knowledgeable but really friendly, the classes are varied and things are kept fresh. There are plenty of fun challenges and there is never a dull class. The team are so encouraging and there is generally a great vibe between everyone! If you're thinking about joining just do it! You won't regret it!
