        I wanted to thank the staff responsible for expediting my prescription this week - due to the BAnk Holiday and family visitors I had forgotten to put in the request earlier, and found I was running out of medication. My prescription was dealt with very quickly and I was able to collect medicines from the pharmacy in a matter of days! So thank-you Woolwell Surgery!

        Absolutely shocking been on the phone for 3 days on and off and no answer, then called the surgery as I went in and the phone didn't ring when I entered the surgery. Disgusting.

        Phone service is beyond a joke, your advised to call between certain times to book an appointment yet your on hold for the majority of the time so you miss out on any appointments. Its easier to win the lottery than to get an appointment. When its your appointment day the surgery is always 15-30 minutes late so your appointment time comes and goes and then you get seen. Not to mention the rudeness of the reception staff, blunt and unwilling to help
