Gas Jack Plumbing and Heating Ltd

Today I'm writing this well deserved review as a customer and not an employee of Gasjack. I'm due to go on holiday this week for the first time in a very long time! Having come into the kitchen on Monday to find water pouring from my boiler, experience told me my boiler was beyond repair. This wasn't what I needed to see! I spoke with Jack and without hesitation, I was booked the following day where our engineer Sam and our apprentice Josh installed my new boiler without any hesitation or issues. It's great to be on the other side seeing how our team operate and the service they deliver, so a BIG thank you from me to my amazing team!

Excellent service from Jack and his team. Polite, friendly and very professional. Nothing but praise after a member of Jacks team came out to fix a leak in our bathroom, which was coming through the ceiling and downstairs light. The problem was fixed quickly with no issues. Will definitely use again, and recommend Jack to everyone!
