They have helped on several jobs for me and always so easy to deal with and prompt to call. From a back door to a garage door their work has been superb and I would recommend them anytime. thanks guys

Shockingly bad workmanship. Damaged the door they were fitting. Smashed plaster off the walls near the door. The workmen left rubbish strewn over the garden and on the street outside. The door is so badly fitted that the wind blows through the gaps. Very bad customer service.

Issued with a Invoice for 180, then reduced to 75. Ashley told me call out charges are 75 last year were 60, Owner said these were always 75. They start charging you from the second engineer start driving toward your home, and if he takes 40 mins to sort out paper work, you are liable to pay that as well. Do not offer the engineer even cup of tea, as for these 10 minutes you will be paying extra 30-40. will never use them again.
