Steve Hunt Plant Hire

We are an Engineering company that hire operated excavators to complete excavations and other site works. Steve refused to complete pre-qualification and HSE documentation (a requirement in our industry), shouted and swore at our staff when reminded to do so and cancelled at 3 days notice. We will not be using him again and I wish to warn others against booking him and relying on his services.

No wonder Steve has been in the business for so long.. always goes above and beyond..totally reliable But unfortunately there's always one keyboard warrior..as we all know in business..

Had to give 1 star to get on here. Absolutely shocking company. Booked over a week ago to hire a digger.for today. 26/3/21 for 9am. confirmed delivery time yesterday 25/3/21. Today 26/3/21 get a call from Steve saying it'll be late. I say no problem thanks for letting me know. 12.35 I ask where is digger Steve says be with you 4pm. 4.30pm still no digger. I msg Steve asking where is digger. Get a voicemail with a tirade of abuse. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Really super service from Steve and Mark today. Had a very tricky dig next to a wall where the ground was very unstable and the drain was over 5 foot deep!! No problem for Mark, who made it look easy. Really great, helpful guys who go the extra mile. So pleased I found them. Top guys made for a great job and great company. Thank you both very much.
