        I got a refurb iPhone from them but was having issues while still under warranty so they replaced, unfortunately they sent it back to me twice in a row having fixed nothing, then a third with the screen cracked. Finally, after getting this problem solved and my phone back, just a couple weeks after getting the 'fully tested' working phone replacement its having issues again and is unusable. I've already had to go around a month without my original phone (extremely inconvenient for work) because of all the back and forth and then the final replacement stops working right after two weeks. I'm just tired of dealing with the iOutlet now even though the customer service seems nice, the quality of their returns/warranty/repairs has really let me down. Waste of time and money. Also they aren't refunding me for the shipping for any of the three times I had to return to them.
