        Very very dissapointed, they convinced me to order directly from them rather than the website as this would guarantee fast delivery....the items never arrived, excuse after excuse, very poor customer service, telephone call after telephone call, different excuse every time. AVOID

        Absolutely no help what so ever. All I wanted were some RJ 45 connecters and a reel of Ethernet cable and I was continuously told to call the manufacturer. What is the point of you??
