10/10 Best wetsuit and customer service! Had first cold Scottish water surf (March), after a 3year surfing hiatus, in my new need essentials hooded 5mm wetsuit. This was made possible by the fantastic friendly human customer services desire to get it out to me, short of notice, before the incoming swell that was coinciding with my incoming birthday! Conditions were heaven sent resulting in a dreamy return to the waves all the while kept toasty in my perfectly fitting wetsuit, top quality and feeling in manufacture and performance.
