I ordered a door (and a handle for it) for 400. The shipping was 45, which you might think is fair enough for a door, but... they could not provide the door advertised. The handle arrived, without a door to fit it to, yet despite refunding the door, Door Superstore refused to refund the shipping. So now I have a door handle which weighs less than a mobile phone, no door to fit it to and I have been charged 45 to deliver it. Disappointing. Would not use again.

You are not buying what is advertised! not the same product sold, ordered 7 door, well enough made but completely different finish than advertised. wanted the natural veneer look which vary from door to door (fully aware of that) so it could be just varnished. if you are going to paint them, they are fine. Instead got stripy, orange/brown doors, all 7 look the same and similar to a 1970 american office sitcom look. and they want to charge me for returning them. The light door is what I ordered the stripy one is what I received... Date of experience: 23 February 2023
