Lisson Grove and Woolwell Medical Centre

I had a small procedure by the wonderful Cindy Lake who made me feel very at ease. She was professional and saw me exactly on time too! The lovely lady at reception was very helpful and friendly.

My mums review : Shocking service on the telephone Then cut off Recalled waiting over 30mins just to try and book an appointment so turned up at Woolwell to book an appointment Well .. what a rude miserable lady And to be told they dont take bookings face to face So back on the phone Another 30 mins waiting finally got an appointment for 3 weeks time !!!! And she was unhelpful and rude Whats going on !!!! Terrible

I've actually had a really good experience with this surgery & have been with them for years. I have had really great support for my mental health & other medical issues. The staff are always friendly & if you request GP's experienced with mental health they will accommodate. Doctors I've spoken to have listened to me genuinely & been honest with me about treatment & waiting times. I have only had one bad experience with this surgery and that was years ago and hasn't happened since. Waiting times are long to get on the phone and get an appointment through reception however I have had a really good experience with the e-consult service, GP listened to me & scheduled a follow-up appointment. Empathetic doctors who clearly care, I always leave feel heard. Thank you to everyone who works here!
