Stirling Road Surgery

Today I was dealt with via telephone ref issues times two. My operative Lizzie was kind and understanding. She listened and took notes and within two hours I received my calls to book my appointments. I showed understanding of the pressures that the system was going through. My huge thanks to theutter kindness and professionalism showed by Lizzie. Thank you. You all do a wonderful job.

The worst surgery in Plymouth, shocking treatment unable to see a doctor for over 5 weeks, telephone calls not answered, when finally got in touch no help at all very unprofessional and do not care!

Been with this surgery 8 months can never get an appointment, have never been able to see a gp. Then came livi, which provided some relief, now they have switched to another online provider where you can't book an appointment you have to speak to surgery first, which means u can never get through. Receptionists are quite rude some of them when speaking to them, no patient care
