Absolute rubbish. Cant get through by phone and I dont think any cares whether you are well or not.

No care or attention or empathy to needs. Awful appointments. E-Consultations which dont clarify most options needed. Hard to have a call. Hard to have an appointment and just make up reasons for your problem of the top of their heads

I have just got off the phone to the receptionist and honestly you all needs some serious training with how to deal with people and actually listen to what theyre telling you. Apparently not allowed to book over the phone appointments in afternoon. I want to get tested for endometriosis and this woman seriously told me to upload pictures of my symptoms for that to e consult. These symptoms are not visible. Really shocking service and I had to keep questioning her to find out what my options were if i couldnt make an appointment and you could tell she was ready to hang up on me. Ive always dreaded calling this surgery so If you can go elsewhere, do. Doctors however can be great receptionists not so much.

Having been a patient here for 2 years I have found the surgery...in general to be OK. Having had a baby recently who has required medical assistance, the surgery has pretty much done everything we have needed for her, in a relatively timely manner. Today, I spent over an hour waiting for my eldest daughter to be seen. During the consultation my middle daughter became unwell. I have to say Dr Holman was amazing. He reassured me, dealt with the situation, assessed both my daughter who was booked and the one who became unwell. But, also my baby too!! We were at the surgery for over 2 hours and I felt like my 3 girls had a real MOT!! Dr Holman's kindness and compassion is admirable and I am truly grateful.

This surgery made me feel like I was a pest. I have been palmed off by reception and when I finally got a doctor I received advice I already knew. When I said I didn't want their line of treatment I basically had the phone slammed down on me before I could say anything else. Zero empathy. My partner had a similar experience after asking for a specific doctor only to given a temp and told to do yet another test she didn't even want. After receiving this poor treatment I was told to write them a letter of complaint and go to their surgery to drop it off. No thanks. Its all here, for people who might find it useful (instead of probably getting chucked in the bin by you lot).
