Very rude and saying rules are rules. When have you got to have your partner beside you so they can tell the receptionist yes or no for consent is a joke never done/been asked until now. What a joke!

Phoned up Dr's 28th December to see if a email for steriods had come through from my consultant. As got bad imflamation of the throat into ear. Receptionist said yes it had and a prescription would be sent to chemist. Usually would have to e a reply Friday. Tried phoning them couldn't get through. Got through Saturday they informed me no prescription had been sent through. Not very happy one bit as I needed this medication. Now I have to wait until 3rd Jan 23 to contact Dr's to find out why it wasn't sent to chemist as they had 28th 29th and 30th December to send it.
