Pleased with my treatment at stirling road surgery Never had any issues with econsult I can appreciate that it could be a issue for patients with complex medical needs And for patients who need support Receptionist are always polite, and helpful My sick note arrived in time, despite that the surgery is very busy dealing with the amount of sick notes

Never met such a rude member of staff who talked to you like dirt, went in for an out of hours appointment and i left feeling judged and looked down at.

Rude receptionist. Would rather cause an argument with me and not listen to my needs.

Honestly the worse surgery ever and I'm not even a patient. My friend is and I see her constant battle with them. I'm writing as she is still on hold after 41 minutes. Ridiculous amount of altamated messages, then even more ridiculous wait times. GPS are rude and lack empathy or any sort of bedside mannar. Condescending and generally make patients feel unconfirtavle and like a burden. Can take upto 6 weeks to get an emergency appointment. You get sent all over the place as they share locations with other practices or somthing and if I'm honest when it comes to MH (which this isnt) I've seen them just time and time again make that person feel stupid and suggest medication they've already tried. They give bizzare doses and I wouldn't be surprised If soon a big article comes out about how poor they are. I know 4 peole there and all hate it but want to stay due to location alone.
