What can I say but thank you thank you Im am terrified and I mean terrified I vomit with fear I have to have appointments because of treatment Im on so of I go knees knocking teeth clattering . And omg dr Antonia Gibson is the most caring person I have ever come across she had my 4 teeth out and reassuring me I could keep writing about her . I hade t been to a dentist in over 55 years that how frightened I am and all the staff are very careing thank you mrs Ann nixon

Staff are lovely, but once I just want to be seen on time. Every single appointment has been late. And late again today

phoned to find out about getting a check up as I had not heard from them regarding appointments since Covid out break & then it was just a text to advise excess charges for extra PPE! I was then advised that I had been removed from their patient list as I had not visited practice in over 3 years, Wow! When I queried why they had not sent updates regarding check ups etc was advised they were too busy/had too many patients to do this anymore, quite staggering! I enquired would it not have been courteous & good practice to at least give an advance warning to their customers that they were about to take this draconian action, I was fobbed off with more flimsy & whimsical excuses. I was an NHS patient & now they have joined the multi faceted mega business of 'My Smile' the little guys do not matter or are to be considered worthy. The real reason is they want shot of all their NHS patients to enable them to charge the excessive private fees & they can then 'Smile' at their big fat profits. The last major treatment I had their was to have a crown fitted, it came loose & fell out several times & after the 3rd time they just washed their hands & said it could not be fixed, I have serious doubts that if I had been a private patient I would have been presented with the same choices. Shocking service, shocking way to treat customers. Shame on businesses like these.

Such a good experience here. The dentist was so helpful, explaining everything clearly to me. Not pushing unnecessary treatments, but giving all options in a clear way. So kind, but professional. Excellent dental practice.
