Tesco Extra

A couple of staff members need to be spoken to as they never ask if I have a club card. This isnt the policy or how theyre trained its just laziness. Retraining is required.

Very rude staff I asked if they had a changing room and got told no we are more like an on line shop and if you want a changing room go to the high street so I left without making a purchase,will not be going back!!!. then you can't complain over the phone as it cuts you off.

Large supermarket with many employees that either hate their job or just don't like people.. apart from the odd one or two. The car park is a fun game of dodge the pot holes. The petrol station.. Well if it can be called that, it either has no diesel or half the pumps are shut. This Tesco is a 5 min walk away from us but we will often opt for Sainsburys or Morrisons now as they have more options and can be slightly cheaper.

Online delivery from Roborough was cancelled yesterday as a driver called in sick. Laura ftom this department was wonderful. Kind reassuring and professional. Laura arranged for my delivery the next day that evening as per my preference and went out of her way to write a wonderful note that she had re picked my substitute items with the best date possible. Sickness and hiccups can always occur in customer service I have worked in the sector for years now. But how Laura conducted herself and the extra touch she added with the note was wonderful. An asset to your team after many difficult experiences. Well done to you Laura !!
