I contacted Paul as we needed to replace our old boiler. He came out and looked at what we currently had and then made recommendations on what boiler we should go for. He came back to me within a couple of days with a detailed quote listing all items to be used and a complete cost. Once we had accepted the quote Paul arrived on the agreed day. All the work was completed to a very high standard. How the boiler operates was fully explained before Paul left us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to potential clients. Great professional! Paul has supported our heating needs since we moved in to our current house 11 years ago. He completely replaced a failing heating system with a brand new set-up that has kept us warm for a decade. The work was done quickly (we had no heating!), neatly and at a fair price. Since then Paul has attended for servicing and to move radiators when we have refurbed rooms very promptly. Paul has just fitted an upgraded Green IQ Vaillant boiler for us at a great price to his usual high standards and, as he is a Vaillant Mastertech engineer, it comes with a 10 year guarantee.
