        Shared order with work colleagues worth 250. Order arrived with 50 worth of items missing. This was questioned in the restaurant the next day (they close at 9:30). Basically we were called liars and a refund was refused. Will not be using the Eastern Star again and would advise others to steer clear too. Very dissatisfied. *An update. The owners have just replied to my review above saying they don't remember this order. How many orders that cost 250 and need two big boxes have they had on a Saturday night recently?! I live locally and am very familiar with this restaurant so am unlikely to be confused. Very poor customer service. Even poorer to say that they don't remember this order and have no recollection of a complaint. Terrible. Avoid!
