Dreadful service, bought on 30 th nov, they said we would get the products on a specific day, didnt come until a week later, we refused to take delivery, still waiting for a refund 23 rd January. dreadful customer service, we got replacement from Travis Perkins,better service

Planned builders around Est Delivery date 3-5 working days. The actual delivery date is 9 working days, make sure to call to confirm a delivery slot.

The worst experience. They dont stock the product your want, and then blame everything on suppliers when it doesnt arrive. I received an email on Wednesday saying the item would be delivered on Friday. Waited all day, even called them in the morning and was told it would be here by 5pm latest. Called again at 3pm and apparently the item is not coming and its the supplier has sent it back to the depot. Called again Monday and they have to reorder the product again and could be 3 to 5 working days again! Its just a constant merry-go-round that never ends. Im still waiting for the product. Good luck if you ignore this, and happy phone calling a million times to resolve. Nightmare!
