Contacted BikeWise SW about restoring my old bike that had been stored in my garage for the past 5 years. They emailed back with a not very helpful response and didnt seem interested in taking on the project. Tried following up explaining that I appreciated it might be expensive to restore but that was fine as it was a good bike. They said they let me know when they had availability and never did. Wouldnt recommend at all!

Another great repair by Bikewise (Leon). My Di2 would not power up and I suspected it was the internal wiring. Leon had it diagnosed and repaired the same day! Fantastic service!

Leon did a fantastic job on replacing the hanger on my brand new eMTB that was damaged during delivery. Not only that, he came around to my house almost straight away to pick up the bike, assess the work, effect a temporary fix so I could ride the bike whilst the part was on order, and then dropped it back to me - now that's great service! When the new part arrived he fitted me straight in and sorted it out very quickly, leaving me the original hanger to hold on to as a spare. I enjoyed talking to Leon about biking in general and he gave me loads of tips and advice. Very highly recommended and I would not consider going anywhere else for future bike repairs/servicing etc.
