From working at this store for 2 weeks as a pharmacist, I can tell all the staff try their hardest to serve all their patients with respect. Although sometimes there will be a queue, all the customers are often quickly served.

If I had the opportunity to give 0 stars, I would. The chemist is awful, my relative has a monthly prescription and every single time they either have medication missing, they state it's been issued (which is not true) or they tell you to come back later and when you arrive, they still haven't made it up. As someone suffering with a heart condition, it's awful that they cause more upset and anxiety because it's an absolutely gamble on whether or not you will get medication that day. The worst incident was being without medication for 2 weeks as they don't know how to communicate properly. I had been hopeful, that after a major shake up they would have improved, but they are still seriously dropping a ball. It really is unacceptable that my relative now has to collect and check their medication in the actual store so they don't get accused of lying about not having their medication so frequently. Unfortunately, from what I have seen across the city, a lot of chemists are in a similar position.
