        Got a text message to collect partners meds which she was out of. Turned up at pharmacy within an hour of recieving text to find they were closing due to the pharmacist taking the rest of the day off. Got told to go back on monday to collect meds. I told the woman i need them now as my partner is out of her meds. She told me to ring 111

        No point in phoning after 5,,iv tried 7times,its just ringing out and getting the phone call cut,its a joke

        Ring to say my prescription is ready even if its missing my main medication Im in a wheelchair so if I go I have gone all that way for half a prescription and they cant fulfill my prescription after a weeks notice. Staff think they know everything when they know sod all about some of the more serious medications
