        I used Richard to diagnose my Air Con system. His tests result in a lot of noncommittal language such as "There's an indication that x could be the issue" etc. Told me it was the condenser. Asked for a quote. Never heard anything else. Chased it up, I was told "Your condenser's out of stock". According to Euro, eBay etc it wasn't. I don't know where else he'd be looking, but even GSF could get one next-day. Just changed the condenser and went to get it re-gassed - the system's still leaking. Wouldn't recommend - he's wasted my time and money. Service: A/C system repair

        Friendly and professional, called ahead to let me know there was a delay due to weather which is totally understandable. Also he was very keen to observe good COVID-19 practice with social distancing etc. I highly recommend and will be using again Service: A/C system maintenance

        Has been keeping my cars air con working for the past 10 years. Always reliable, reasonable and explains what he's doing and why. Would highly recommend. Saved me loads by fixing things rather than replacing parts. Cars worked on VW, Vauxhall and Mercedes.
