For a local pharmacy the level of service is first class and staff go out of there way to help and support your medical need. And have gone well above what you would expect. If I forgot to pick up my prescription they have called my home to remind me it is ready for collection. And we are very lucky to have them in this area .

People waiting around for med's for 30mins is normal but its ok if you like standing next to people waiting for a flue jab.. everyone who went to desk was disappointed by service as told please wait 30mins regardless of request

2022 update. Under new management but still as useless and rude. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My husband gets his prescription here and it's always late so he misses 2 lots on a Monday. At the beginning of the month we advanced ordered his medication for the end of the month as we were going away. The lady we spoke to was so rude she reduced me to tears. We ordered it to be ready the day before. The day it was due it hadnt even been ordered. We were made to feel we were st fault and had done something wrong. Absolutely diabolical pharmacy. Go elsewhere ismy advice.
