        Dont send your collect plus parcel here that lady was really really rude with my wife that lady was shouting on my wife she dont know nothing about college plus how to do returns

        Terrible awful customer service from the older lady shop keeper, she was very rude, has no ideas how to process click and collect eBay items ! We in the end had to leave without our parcels the lady could not process even though it was there in front of us & spoke to eBay Customer Services to sort a refund/return!

        Don't send your click & collect deliveries here. Had issues with an ebay seller using the wrong delivery method. The store flat out refused to tell me any information or even look to see if they had a parcel in my name. They are rude and unhelpful!
