Sold me the wrong item and refused a refund within half hour of purchase. Then fobbed me off on who the manager was giving me the store number and then answering it himself and then gave me a fake mobile number. Rude and a liar. Avoid avoid avoid. He'd have zero points if it was an option.

The shop keeper was very rude, never seen like before, I just ask him to exchange as builder bought wrong item, he shout, as I was buying for free, plz buy either from wickes or b&q or different shop as we can return from them, or at least people r polite.
