        The worse agency we ever used. We had a plumbing emergency - they didnt pick up the phone and ending up paying half of the bill. Not responsive on many other occasions. Most of their contractors are not top notch either i.e. forgot to turn the gas back on; blocked the boiler pipe in the winter to we could not have heating or hot water. The last guy they sent came to check the electricity and took three pictures of the interior all in under 5 minutes, which means that our electrics were checked thoroughly and the 6 months property visit was completed.
