Eldridge Estates

Speaking from experience as a landlord, my greatest concern is for my property to be counted as a statistic for commission and profits by estate agents, who constantly fail to manage my property. So far Eldridge has proven to be exceptionally great with my property. I am only called upon when they need approval to carry out repairs on the property and after that all is sorted. Ask for Azad one of the great faces of Eldridge estates, he will take good care of you...just tell him to 'stop working' on his day offs.

Met Azad. He was easy to approach. Helped us understand all the process that was involved and the costs that we would incur in the process. Helped us choose the best option that would be beneficial to us. Was always available to all our questions. Now we are dealing with him and no complaints from us so far. Happy to deal with Eldridge and would any day recommend to my friends.

The service from Az and the team at Eldridge Estates has been fantastic. Having a portfolio of flats and houses to rent out and maintain is a lot to manage and working with Eldridge Estates has made this so much easier and hassle free. Nothing is too much trouble for the team, finding tenants has always been quick and efficient and the management service means everything gets taken care of. I cant recommend them highly enough having worked with other estate agents in the past.
