They have the worse receptionists , rude always, unhelpful and no respect for theirs patients. I am soo sorry to say everytime i had to deal with them its the worse experience whether its on the phone or in person. Also simple smile doesnt cost anything. Please be more kind and helpful to your patient considering the job your in or you all should be in different job where you dont have to interact with people at all because clearly you guys dont know how to be around people.

AWFUL. Requested a sick note three times. The first time I was told they would call between 12 and 4pm. No call received. So I requested again and they said they would call between 2 and 6pm. Again, no call received. The third time I tried they said there are no appointments for 10 days. Completely absurd and disgusting. Avoid this surgery!!

Always been able to see a doctor or nurse practitioner when I've needed to. Booking telephone consultations online has been a game changer. Have had problems with getting emergency prescriptions with confusion sending them to my online pharmacy rather than a local pharmacy. With more people turning to online pharmacies some training in diverting emergency prescriptions to local pharmacy's. Always felt the medical professionals have been kind and helpful.

Absolute worst surgery Ive ever been in Im from Scotland and have been a patient for 5yrs the attitude of the staff and the wrong diagnosis from the doctors has left me disabled Ive contacted the regional manager for her findings of my negligence report surprise surprise shes ignoring me .

joke man waiting times. Imagine needing an emergency prescription and not being able to get through on *10* separate occasions on one day. feel sorry for anyone signed up to this GP
