Not a good experience. Till staff are laying all over the counter. Staff seem unable to help customers questions, perhaps because they are all very young. Stock on shelves is damaged. I looked for pasting tables. Three in stock, all had broken handles. Paint tins, many dented. Filler packs/tubs all were covered in powder.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced before. Rude and completely useless and unhelpful. Moreover, most of the staff are of older age without patience for the customer or the will to solve any situation. Be aware, if youre not professional, you are not allowed to make mistakes, because they will not refund your product if you open the package. At B&Q, regardless if you open the package or not, they will refund you. Never go there again.
