Buy from elsewhere, no customer service other than an automated response - faulty lights received with scuffs and scratches on them, returns policy is you need to contact them first otherwise they won't accept the return - 3 emails and numerous calls which go unanswered later and no response. Would advise if you end up in the same situation, returning the items recorded delivery and if they then don't refund, raising a dispute with your credit card company (if you paid by card) or raise a MCOL (online court claim) to retrieve the funds.

Ordered right hand indicator cover for a transit van, left hand indicator cover was delivered, requested a returns label after sending emails with no response, i have come to the conclusion after reading other reviews, if you receive a delivery and its the part you orderd think your self lucky.

Delivery still hasn't arrived over a week now. Called and get put through to answer machine saying closed and open etc etc hours (within the times I am actually calling). Emailed last week, been ignored. If item doesn't arrive I will be taking up with credit card company, and if opposed I will be going for CCJ and recovering costs.

Ordered a rear nearside replacement lens for my kangoo work van and it never arrived, i emailed numerous times and contacted via the website still hear nothing and still no part, feel robbed and angry, would not recommend and will never use again. Avoid at all cost.
