As a keen cyclist I am always struggling with fatigue and a few little niggles that often hamper performance. I have found Verena to be very knowledgeable and thorough in her processes to not only treat the pain but identify and deal with the actual cause rather than just the symptoms. Several of cycling friends also get treated here so would highly recommend.

I have been coming to VR Sports Massage for the last 9 months as Verona was recommended to me by a Tennis coach who was very impressed by her. As someone who has got back into running I have found Verona very good in sports massage and treatment to the odd niggle I have picked up. Verona explains injurys, treatments and prevention methods very well and alway follows up a treatment with a email explaining what treatment she has carried out and some suggested exercises/stretches to help. Very nice treatment room and no problems with parking would highly recommend.
