We booked a private session to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we arrived the pool was already being used. Mistakes happen, we were happy to rebook at a later date, however after calling the reservations line, we were told the pool was booked to us and find out who was in the pool (?!!). Following this, my husband emailed the reservations team and shortly after received an unpleasant phone call from Arkleby Leisure stating that they didnt like the contents of our email! The email explained the issue we had. Following this I posted on their Facebook page and I have since been blocked by Arkleby Leisure Pool. Absolutely gobsmacked.
